In Stora Saluhallen youll find Hasselssons Macklucka. Here, the heafty sandwiches are in focus, which are served over the counter in Persian Barbari bread from Aras Bakery in Krokslätt (a bread that can be compared to a thinner version of Foccacia). The inspiration for the sandwiches comes from all corners of the world, and in addition to Hasselssons three standing sandwiches, Hasselssons Reuben, Mortadella and their vegetarian Spicy Aubergine, the menu is also visited by a desire for experimentation in the form of a few guest sandwiches that are changed from week to week.

Linnégatan, Göteborg
Linnégatan är en esplanad i stadsdelarnaHaga, Kommendantsängen, Olivedal och Masthugget,[1] i Göteborg som sträcker sig från Järntorget i nordost till Linnéplatsen (endast cirka 50 meter från Slottsskogen) i söder, en sträcka på cirka meter.[2] Utmed gatan ligger det i huvudsak flervånings bostadshus byggda i början av talet. Gatan är ett livligt kafé- och restaurangstråk. Även Hagabion ligger längs Linnégatan. Sänkan där Linnégatan går kallades på talet för Djupedalen.[3]
Historik
Namnet Linnégatan fastställdes , och benämndes då i stadsfullmäktiges handlingar som "Nya gatan, eller Avenyen från Jerntorget till Slottsskogen"[4]. Men redan fastställdes gatans sträckning i stadsplanen, vilket därmed kan sägas vara dess "födelseår."[5] Gatan har fått sitt namn efter Carl von Linné som besökte Göteborg år i samband med sin "Västgöta-resa". Från till hette gatans avsnitt mellan Järntorget och Tredje Långgatan för Första Tvärgatan.[6]
